All personally identifiable information provided by the customer is used specifically and only for the purposes of order processing and in-house marketing development programs. Does Collectors Net USA collect any personal information about me?
Collectors Net USA does not require any online visitor to share personal information
(i.e., name, address, phone number, e-mail address) in order to enjoy our web site. You can view our site without registering with us. We do not collect any personal information from you unless it is voluntarily provided at the time you complete an online customer survey, register to receive our electronic product updates, or place an order in our e-store. Customers who purchase items in our e-store must be over age 18. For e-store purchases, we collect information associated with the transaction such as customer's name, address, phone number, and payment information. We use encryption technology when transferring and receiving consumer data for e-store purchases and have implemented careful internal procedures to safeguard this information. For ease of ordering, customers have the option of registering non-payment information
(i.e. name, address, phone number) for future orders. For customers who desire to register, a login name and password will be captured. When registered customers then return to the e-store to place subsequent orders, they can be identified with their login name and password. However, payment information is not stored on our servers as part of the registration information so payment information will have to be re-entered for each new order placed. Collectors Net USA does not knowingly collect personal information about children who are younger than 13 years of age. If you are concerned that your child has submitted information to us and you would like it removed, please advise us and we will delete it immediately.
How do I know that the payment information I enter in the online e-store is secure?
You can tell that you are entering a secure web page in our e-store when a small yellow lock icon appears at the bottom right of the screen and/or the website URL includes an "s" in the address
(i.e., https:// ). Our e-store uses the latest in
Secure Site Locking (SSL) encryption technology. Payment information that you provide is only accessible to Collectors Net USA management and order processing staff.
What does Collectors Net USA do with my personal and payment information after I place an on-line order?
Once your order information is transferred from the online store, it is placed in a secure on-site database and sales sheets records maintained in the Collectors Net USA offices and then immediately deleted from the e-store store and servers. Your contact / delivery information is maintained in the e-store database but is only accessible to the customer, Collectors Net USA management and order processing staff. Your information is kept confidential and used only for filling future orders and for maintaining accounting records. Should you need to update the information you have on file with us, please contact us and we will update your records promptly.
What other information is collected?
Some Collectors Net USA web site pages may collect information about web site visits that is not personally identifiable. For example, information might be collected which would inform us how many people visit our website, how long they stop at certain pages, and which type of web browser they used. None of the information collected can be used to identify any person but instead is aggregated statistical information about web site visits. We collect this information to assist us in making improvements to our web site.
